The correct airport vehicle depends on both seat capacity and luggage volume. A vehicle with enough passenger seats may still be unsuitable when every traveler has a large international suitcase.
45-seat coach bus
Recommended for large groups and airport transfers with substantial luggage. Typical charter coaches include an external luggage compartment, but final capacity depends on suitcase size and vehicle design.
28-seat limousine coach

Airport luggage capacity must be confirmed in advance
Please provide the quantity and approximate size of all luggage when requesting a quote. Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are separate calculations.
- State the number of large checked suitcases, cabin bags, backpacks, garment bags, sports equipment and special cases.
- Tell us whether passengers must travel in the same vehicle as all luggage.
- Groups with oversized or multiple bags per person may require an additional luggage van or support truck.

Important luggage rule
Do not choose an airport vehicle only by the advertised number of seats. A fully occupied vehicle may not have enough space for the same number of large international suitcases.
Airport meeting points and driver contact
The final meeting instructions are provided after dispatch confirmation. The driver normally contacts the group representative by phone or WhatsApp before pickup.

Can one 45-seat bus carry 45 passengers and 45 large suitcases?
It may be possible with some coach configurations, but luggage capacity must be confirmed from the actual suitcase sizes and assigned vehicle. Multiple large bags per passenger normally require additional luggage capacity.
Can the driver wait when the flight is delayed?
Reasonable flight monitoring and waiting can be arranged, but major delays, late passenger assembly or extended waiting may create additional charges.
Can we travel directly from Incheon Airport to Busan?
